Just Not Your Time
And it breaks you because you didn’t make the list
But my darling, it was never your taste
What you forget is that it happened for a reason
Perhaps that list is nothing but treason
And so you’re safe, away from it all
Rather than going for it, only to crash and fall
Sometimes you need to trust reasoning that you don’t even know
Because my darling, once it’s meant for you, the universe will show
Till then do not remind yourself and worry
For it’s perfectly normal not to hurry
Lesson: Thing is, we often despair because we didn’t get something we really wanted. But honestly, the sooner you realize that, that’s perfectly okay and that it’s just not your time, the easier it is for you to move on.
